Delivery with Canada Post is free in Quebec from $100 of purchase. However, we reserve the right to apply charges for more remote areas. In this case we will contact you.
Pickup is possible at the Ma Caféine boutique, 101-1370 rue de Coulomb, Boucherville J4B 7J4, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. Your orders are sent via Canada Post, which automatically calculates the costs based on the weight of your order and your location.
At this time, we do not ship to other countries other than Canada.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
